Customer Service Officer – Entertainment Venues

About the role

Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment venues, including cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai. Ensure smooth operations, high service standards and a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent high‑level customer service across all MAF Entertainment venues in line with SOPs.
• Handle ticketing, sales and bookings using system platforms, including upselling and promoting products.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, vouchers), issue receipts/refunds and perform cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours and coordination of parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards while following health, safety and management instructions.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE family book holder.
• At least 1‑2 years experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
• Minimum high‑school education.
