Customer Service Officer

A full-time Customer Service Officer is needed in Dubai, working on-site or hybrid. The role suits a patient, approachable and organised person who enjoys helping people and finding practical solutions. You will handle inquiries, give accurate information and support a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email and approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, procedures and account matters.
• Handle requests, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Record interactions, update information and keep accurate service records.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Explain processes and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
• Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, client support or front-line operations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with email, Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations; applicants based in the UAE should state their visa status and availability.
