About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle client inquiries via phone or written communication. The role focuses on delivering market‑leading service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the insurance business in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Process customer requests efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and agents.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve basic queries and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

UAE national with a valid Family Book.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or employee benefits.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
