About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai office. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, supporting both the sales and finance teams while ensuring a smooth order‑to‑cash cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑class support to the company and sales team.
- Manage the full order‑to‑cash process and guarantee timely dispatch of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver after‑sales support and maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist the finance department with invoicing and related tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
