Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Aspire Manpower Services in the UAE. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication, and the ability to handle customer enquiries within the logistics sector. You will be expected to deliver timely, accurate support while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Handle complaints, investigate issues, and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and related documentation.
• Achieve defined call‑handling and customer‑service performance targets.
• Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service within the logistics industry is preferred.
