About the role
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to support our wealth advisory and real‑estate divisions. The role focuses on building trust with prospective clients over the phone and converting conversations into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through outbound calls.
- Present products and services with clarity and confidence.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of telesales experience in investments, insurance, financial services or wealth advisory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
- UAE visa preferred; existing UAE client database is a plus.
- Direct sales experience advantageous.
- Available to join immediately.
