Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai office and support UK customers of a leading renewable‑energy company. The role involves handling inbound enquiries, providing accurate information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
• Identify customer needs, deliver clear and accurate information, and resolve routine issues at first contact.
• Escalate complex or technical matters to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, installation, technical support and other teams to progress requests.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, actions, commitments and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Own open cases, monitor progress and keep customers informed until resolution.
• Handle difficult or sensitive conversations calmly while protecting the brand reputation.
• Meet targets for responsiveness, quality, attendance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service, contact‑centre or support experience.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries, preferably for UK customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong empathy, composure and ability to build customer confidence.
• Good judgement, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Western nationality preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Comfortable using email and standard office applications.
• Experience with call‑handling tools.
