Data Analyst – B2C Ecommerce (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Data Analyst to lead our B2C ecommerce analytics in Dubai. The role will shape the data strategy, build BI solutions and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics and BI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key metrics and deliver dashboards and reports.
• Manage and prioritize analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Perform exploratory, predictive and prescriptive analysis to solve business problems.
• Maintain data quality, governance and oversee scalable data pipelines with the engineering team.
• Promote a data‑driven culture across sales, marketing, finance, product and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• SQL, Python, R for data manipulation and analysis.
• BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes.
• Data modeling and visualization expertise.
