Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, customization and integration of SDx/SDx2 applications for Octave's clients in the Middle East. The role works within a project team to deliver high‑quality implementation outcomes while ensuring seamless operation across client systems and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to align on tasks and ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Coordinate on‑site and remote client activities, including access setup, scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Organise and track SDV/DTO mapping, data migration from third‑party EDMS systems, and integration of design tools.
• Work with technical teams on third‑party system integration deliverables such as APIs and interfaces.
• Support testing and validation phases, prepare test scripts, conduct Factory Acceptance Tests and document outcomes.
• Track and document issues and defects, escalating to product and engineering teams as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, design documents and lessons learned.
• Support training coordination and pre‑sales activities, ensuring readiness of materials and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.
• Strong adaptability, cultural awareness and ability to work onsite with high delivery expectations.
• Excellent knowledge of SDx2, Integration 2.0 and SIO mappings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with customers.
