Data Analyst Project Intern – Measurement Center of Excellence

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in TikTok's Measurement Center of Excellence, where you will support regional advertising measurement projects across branding and performance use cases. You will work with real‑world advertising data, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and present insights that influence advertising strategies and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional advertising measurement projects, analysing data from multiple studies, markets and advertisers to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist in developing meta‑analyses, custom research, product validation studies and other strategic measurement initiatives.
• Maintain and improve project trackers, reporting dashboards and measurement repositories.
• Translate analytical findings into clear presentations, reports and case studies for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Explore automation opportunities for recurring analytical and reporting workflows using data tools or generative AI.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of statistical concepts and data‑analysis methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting data and insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of Python or R.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
