Demo & Delivery Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

Premier Motors is seeking a UAE National to coordinate vehicle handovers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers. The role bridges customers, the PDI department, sales, and service teams to uphold the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule handover appointments in coordination with the sales department and PDI team.
• Prepare Vehicle Configuration Records and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with customers about any delays, changes, or specifications prior to handover.
• Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, explaining features, extras, accessories, and warranties.
• Introduce customers to the service department and assist with registration processes.
• Maintain daily delivery reports and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Support handovers outside the company while maintaining service standards.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably automotive sales.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Dynamic, proactive personality.
