Digital Marketing Specialist – UAE National

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is an UAE national to drive the company’s online presence and support sales growth across all digital channels. The role will manage the brand’s reputation, create engaging content and ensure seamless integration of digital activities with the company’s CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual digital marketing plan in line with the manager’s direction.
• Prioritise activities for each brand, including the corporate brand, within the allocated budget.
• Monitor, measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting tactics to meet objectives.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Maintain and update the company website and LinkedIn page, improving search rankings via Google Analytics and Google My Business.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention on digital and social media channels, feeding leads into the CRM system.
• Coordinate with vendors for joint online activities and ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
• Identify new digital opportunities to enhance the company’s online footprint.
• Prepare performance reports after each digital campaign.
