Digital Product Specialist

About the role

The Digital Product Specialist will drive key initiatives within Emirates' digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards. You will work across web, mobile, and app platforms to deliver best‑in‑class user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital team, IT, and business stakeholders to optimise existing products.
• Identify and implement technical enhancements that increase product value.
• Own all product documentation, including requirements, design briefs, and test criteria.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to verify quality and consistency of the customer experience.
• Partner with Customer Strategy & Retention to align UX improvements with communication strategy.
• Assist in creating and executing the Digital Experience roadmap.
• Work with Digital Analytics, Research, and Design teams to translate customer insights into product decisions.
• Support Product Owners in gathering and interpreting data, developing hypotheses, and validating them through quantitative and qualitative tests.
