Digital Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Sales Manager to lead SIM‑sales acquisition for a fast‑growing telecommunications company in Dubai. The role focuses on performance‑based digital campaigns that directly generate prepaid and postpaid SIM activations and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital strategy to drive month‑on‑month growth in prepaid and postpaid SIM sales.
• Own the full digital sales funnel – from traffic and lead generation to purchase, activation and onboarding.
• Design targeted campaigns for residents, expatriates, tourists and value‑conscious users.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial and Product teams to support promotions and new propositions.
• Manage high‑performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates and programmatic channels.
• Allocate and optimise campaign budgets to maximise CAC, CPA, ROAS and activation volumes.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative, landing pages, pricing messages and customer journeys.
• Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies to recover abandoned purchase paths.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels for scalable growth.
• Improve the online SIM purchase and activation experience, working with product and technology teams to raise conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in digital marketing or performance acquisition.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record of meeting KPI such as SIM sales, CAC, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimise campaigns based on data.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product and technology teams.
