Digital Senior Product Owner

About the role

Join ADCB’s Retail Banking Group as a Digital Senior Product Owner and lead the development of innovative digital banking experiences. You will work with cross‑functional teams to enhance internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable and digital TV channels, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement enhancements across all digital channels to expand service offerings and align with business objectives.
• Own the digital sales and acquisition journey for lending products, including credit cards and personal loans.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and rapid issue resolution.
• Monitor product usage metrics and revenue‑related KPIs, providing data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 for internet and mobile banking services.
• Manage and develop a team in line with ADCB’s people‑management policies, achieving targets and delivering the business plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product ownership within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital sales and acquisition processes for lending products.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 9001.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
