Digital Strategy Expert

About the role

The Digital Strategy Expert will shape, drive and communicate AD Ports Group’s digital and technology agenda, translating group‑wide ambitions into actionable roadmaps that accelerate transformation and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, refresh and communication of the Digital & Technology multi‑year strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities.
• Develop strategic frameworks, internal and external analyses, and opportunity assessments for new digital capabilities.
• Facilitate annual and mid‑cycle strategy planning, including horizon scanning and capability gap analysis.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives, presentations and decision papers for the C‑suite and Board.
• Own and govern the Digital & Technology strategic roadmap, tracking initiative progress and key performance milestones.
• Monitor global technology trends, emerging digital business models and the competitive landscape across ports, logistics, maritime and smart infrastructure sectors.
• Produce periodic strategic intelligence reports and insights briefs for leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Digital & Technology, Group Strategy, corporate functions and business units.
• Support governance mechanisms, preparing materials for committees and forums.
• Engage with external advisors, technology vendors, government entities and industry bodies.
• Define and monitor strategic KPIs and OKRs across the portfolio.

• Experience translating strategic ideas into clear executive narratives.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ports, logistics, maritime and smart infrastructure sectors.
