CRM Developer

About the role

Al Marwan Group, a diversified holding company in Sharjah, is seeking a CRM Developer to design, develop and maintain its custom CRM platform. The role focuses on building robust backend modules and responsive front‑end interfaces using Core PHP and Laravel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery and Vue.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party systems such as Call Center solutions, WhatsApp API, SMS gateways, email services and landing‑page forms.
• Implement lead assignment and routing logic based on business rules, agent KPIs, workload and availability.
• Create and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting and data synchronization.
• Perform data migration, database optimization, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise system performance and security while writing clean, scalable and well‑documented code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with Core PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, database optimisation and complex SQL queries.
• Proven experience integrating external lead sources and third‑party APIs.
