Digital Workplace Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is building a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services organisation. As Digital Workplace Lead you will shape the employee experience from day one, creating a seamless, cloud‑first environment that drives productivity and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end digital workplace experience, automating provisioning and access management.
• Build and operate an AI‑powered service desk focused on self‑service and automation.
• Manage identity lifecycle automation, role‑based access, entitlement governance and joiner‑mover‑leaver processes.
• Oversee zero‑touch device management, workplace applications and SaaS platforms across the organisation.
• Drive adoption of AI productivity tools and modern digital workplace technologies.
• Lead workplace experience improvement initiatives using analytics, telemetry and employee feedback.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End‑User Computing, Corporate IT or Workplace Technology, with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience with identity lifecycle automation, role‑based access management and governance using platforms such as Microsoft Entra.
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI within workplace services or service‑desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and modern device management.
• Track record of improving digital employee experience through automation, self‑service and analytics.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments is preferred.
