Director – Center for Educational Innovation

About the role

The Center for Educational Innovation at Zayed University seeks a visionary leader to drive faculty professional development and advance learning technologies across the campus. Reporting to the Office of the Provost, the Director will collaborate closely with Deans, the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, and the Director of Educational Effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement innovative faculty development programs that support outcomes‑based teaching and learning in partnership with academic leadership.
• Design, evaluate, and deploy technology‑based solutions that enhance student learning experiences.
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation for a comprehensive teaching and learning agenda.

Required profile

• Proven track record in designing and delivering collaborative faculty development initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of outcomes‑based curriculum development and student learning assessment.
• Experience developing and implementing technology‑supported solutions for student learning.
• Doctoral degree and demonstrated success as a university faculty member and academic administrator.
