Director of Marketing

About the role

The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing function for Rixos Properties, shaping the brand’s vision and driving growth across all channels. Reporting to senior leadership, this senior role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and paid media.
• Utilise market research and data analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue management and other senior leaders to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Manage and inspire a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in brand management and integrated marketing.
• Strong track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
