Director of Sales – Middle East

About the role

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Director of Sales for its Middle East region, based in Dubai. The role will lead sales activities across the UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, driving growth of the company’s payments solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing tools, training and performance management.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage margin and profitability targets, and ensure sales forecasts match the operating plan and budget.
• Collaborate with product, channel marketing and sales management to define pricing strategies and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Participate in regional strategic and tactical planning, contributing to sales quota and revenue attainment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in the payments or fintech sector.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and margin targets in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with ability to influence senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and forecasting capabilities.
