Director of Worldwide Sales – Arabian Peninsula

About the role

The Director of Worldwide Sales for the Arabian Peninsula will provide strategic leadership across Hilton’s sales portfolio in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. Reporting to regional commercial leadership, you will drive growth through high‑value accounts in groups, business travel and leisure segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Hilton’s commercial objectives and regional priorities.
• Achieve revenue targets by expanding market share, building new business and managing key accounts.
• Create compelling business cases using market intelligence, stay‑and‑pace reports and industry trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, regional stakeholders and internal partners.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities such as trade shows, roadshows and commercial meetings.
• Hire, mentor, coach and develop a high‑performing face‑to‑face sales team.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee the Travel & Event budget, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton’s Code of Conduct, ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the hospitality or travel sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Track record of achieving revenue growth in high‑value markets.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, discretion and confidentiality.
