About the role
As a Doorman for the luxury residences at Atlantis Dubai, you will be the first point of contact, creating memorable first and farewell impressions for guests. You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and valet services.
- Maintain the entrance area’s appearance and security.
- Coordinate with concierge and front‑office teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Provide accurate information about the property and local attractions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or residential setting, preferably in front‑office, guest relations or club lounge.
- Impeccable personal presentation, grooming and a polished appearance.
- Strong ability to read social situations and deliver a first‑class experience.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
