Duty Manager – Front Office (Female Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Duty Manager will lead the Front Office team at Villa Haven, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time position requires a female professional fluent in Russian to cater to our Russian‑speaking clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes, handling enquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Control room inventory, optimise occupancy and implement revenue‑maximisation strategies.
• Enforce health and safety standards and conduct regular property walks to identify maintenance or security issues.
• Handle cash, credit‑card transactions and daily financial reconciliations.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue and guest feedback.
• Lead crisis and emergency procedures when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front‑office or duty‑manager roles.
• Fluent Russian speaker; female candidate as specified.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
