Early Years Teacher (EYFS) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to join its British‑curriculum campus in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality EYFS lessons, create a nurturing environment, and support the holistic development of children aged 3‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS curriculum aligned with the British framework.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate AI‑driven learning tools and interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Relevant early years teaching qualification (e.g., Early Years Teacher Status, B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education).
• Proven experience teaching EYFS in an international or British‑curriculum setting.
• Strong commitment to student welfare, pastoral care and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
