EC&C Recruiter – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term in Dubai

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers a recruitment professional the chance to manage large‑scale graduate and emerging talent programmes across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for graduate, internship and entry‑level hiring programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.
• Attend open‑day events across the UAE and support university outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and support reporting, compliance and performance metrics.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required) fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to develop a career in talent acquisition.
