Principal Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

JBAndrews is seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join its Dubai team as a Principal Consultant. This full‑cycle, 360° recruitment position focuses on senior‑level talent across Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end senior management recruitment processes for a niche industry sector.
• Develop new business, build and maintain client relationships, and generate pipeline.
• Headhunt senior talent globally and consult clients on executive hiring decisions.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively, mentoring new starters and sharing knowledge.
• Forecast and communicate business pipeline to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 360° recruitment role within Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and placing senior‑level candidates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies.
• Positive, resilient mindset with accountability for targets.
