Ecommerce Channels Manager – 8‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

The Ecommerce Channels Manager will lead the commercial development and execution of Big Ticket’s ecommerce strategy across web and mobile app channels. This is an 8‑month maternity cover position focused on driving sales conversion, customer engagement and overall channel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define ecommerce channel strategies and annual plans, ensuring delivery against commercial targets, KPIs and budget.
• Own sales conversion on web and app, working closely with Marketing/CRM to capture demand and meet sales targets.
• Prioritise and shape the product roadmap for web and app, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead UI/UX optimisation to reduce friction, improve conversion and validate changes against performance metrics.
• Monitor channel performance through behavioural analysis, flagging remedial actions and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record of improving commercial performance and customer satisfaction in B2C ecommerce environments.
• Experience in the gaming sector is a plus.

Required skills

• UX/UI design and customer experience (CX) optimisation.
• Multivariate testing (MVT) and web analytics/reporting.
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital marketing (on‑site, off‑site, paid media, CRM).
• Agile development methodologies, requirements definition, user acceptance testing (UAT) and design tools.
