Ecommerce Specialist – Skincare Brand

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to lead the direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) business for SkinCeuticals across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will own the online channel, drive growth and ensure a premium digital experience that reflects the brand’s medical‑aesthetic positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the D2C strategy, managing the P&L to achieve profitable growth and set ambitious market targets.
• Design and run an e‑business activation plan that generates traffic through search, paid media and CRM campaigns.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑end online shopping experience by implementing unique content, services and functionalities.
• Analyse sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities that increase customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with brand, media and regional teams to align marketing initiatives and product launches.

Required profile

• Relevant degree with proven experience building and executing e‑commerce or D2C strategies, preferably in beauty or luxury.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and steer business decisions.
• Experience managing an e‑commerce P&L and driving performance.
