Education Consultant

About the role

The Education Consultant will guide international students through the entire study‑abroad journey, from selecting suitable courses and institutions to supporting admissions, visa and pre‑departure processes. Working from our Abu Dhabi office, you will promote Zameer Training’s educational services and help achieve the company’s sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised counselling to prospective students, identifying appropriate study options and suitable institutions.
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face meetings to explain course details, admission requirements and qualification pathways.
• Assist students in creating a shortlist of applications and manage the submission process.
• Support students throughout admissions, visa applications and pre‑departure logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families and partner institutions, ensuring a professional and trusted service.
• Contribute to business development and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a sales‑driven environment with a focus on target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of education institutions, admission procedures and immigration requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
