About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site electrical activities for oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring installations comply with blueprints, building codes, and project schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on‑site electrical installations.
- Ensure work adheres to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct inspections and testing of HV/LV systems and electrical schematics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as a construction supervisor for electrical works.
- Knowledge of ADNOC approval processes is an advantage.
Required skills
- HV/LV (High Voltage/Low Voltage) systems.
- Electrical schematics interpretation.
- Testing and commissioning procedures for electrical installations.
