Electrical Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting bridge and infrastructure projects. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of wiring, lighting, control panels and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults and execute repairs safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety procedures and project specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other teams, and respond to emergency breakdowns as required.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in maintenance, construction or industrial projects.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
• Experience on UAE projects is preferred.
