EMEA OE Head of Sales – Crushers & Screens

About the role

Weir Motion Metrics is seeking an experienced sales leader to head the Original Equipment (OE) sales team for crushers and screens across the EMEA region. Based in Dubai with the flexibility to work from Johannesburg or Todmorden, you will operate in a hybrid model, driving growth for our sustainable mining solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional OE sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand the OE market for crushers, screens and comminution products, identifying greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
• Integrate aftermarket sales into the OE strategy to boost spare‑parts pull‑through and secure long‑term service agreements.
• Collaborate with HPGR sales managers, sub‑region directors and internal stakeholders to align pricing, distribution and promotional activities.
• Oversee sales reporting, budgeting and skill‑matrix management, maintaining visibility on systems such as NEXT digital.
• Travel throughout the EMEA region to support client engagements, team leadership and market development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the mining, aggregates or heavy‑equipment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong customer‑focus with a track record of building long‑term relationships.
