Emiratisation & HR Business Partner – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

The Emiratisation & HR Business Partner will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Emiratisation strategy for Six Construct in the UAE. This role ensures compliance with government regulations, drives recruitment of UAE Nationals, and supports their career progression across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enhance the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE regulations and company objectives.
• Monitor Emiratisation targets, report progress to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment efforts for Emirati talent, building strong candidate pipelines and expanding the Graduate Programme.
• Coordinate training and development programmes tailored to UAE Nationals and partner with stakeholders on career progression and succession planning.
• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for UAE National employees, providing guidance on performance management, employee engagement, wellbeing and career development.
• Manage employee‑relations matters involving UAE Nationals with confidentiality and solution‑orientation.
• Conduct regular site visits across the UAE to engage with UAE National staff and their managers, fostering strong relationships and driving retention.

Required profile

• UAE National with proven experience in HR, recruitment and employee development.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratisation regulations and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for local talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the UAE.
