HR Coordinator – Recruitment

About the role

The HR Coordinator – Recruitment will support talent acquisition activities, partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs, prioritize requests and track talent acquisition activities against headcount plans.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand role profiles, source candidates through social platforms and professional networks, and achieve recruitment goals.
• Utilise and develop expertise in Taleo for candidate searches, selection, and reporting.
• Conduct technical, language and assessment‑centre interviews and tests to ensure the right fit.
• Generate weekly and ad‑hoc reports, take corrective actions when KRAs are not met, and maintain documentation and training guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent; CIPD desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, volume recruitment and assessment centres within a large organisation.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end selection for junior‑level and bulk recruitment, building talent pools and working with external suppliers.
• Willingness to travel to regions such as Asia.
