Employee Workplace Solution Advisor – Dubai/Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join HSBC as an Employee Workplace Solution Advisor, supporting a portfolio of around 800 EWS companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, delivering banking solutions and promoting HSBC as their preferred partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition and revolving business while meeting performance targets and non‑financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, EWS CAM and Loan Specialists to enhance engagement and market share.
• Promote HSBC’s full suite of capabilities, including wealth, international banking and private banking, ensuring proper referrals.
• Organise service clinics, open days and regular meetings to manage customer expectations.
• Encourage companies to use financial wellbeing sessions for their employees.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of IWPB products, propositions and global service standards.
• Experience serving emerging affluent and affluent customers.
• Proven ability to develop networking strategies and achieve activity goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with excellent problem‑solving abilities and risk awareness.
• Graduation degree required for UAE visa and work permit, with necessary attestations if obtained abroad.
