Engineering Systems Manager

About the role

Emirates Engineering is transforming into a paperless, automated and intelligent factory under its ENGage 2030 vision. The Engineering Systems Manager will lead Business Digital Systems Operations, ensuring the engineering digital strategy is executed and systems remain functional and available to support maintenance and engineering processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry developments in Maintenance and Engineering Digital Systems supporting MROs and airlines to identify new requirements and enhancements.
• Execute short‑ and long‑term engineering digital strategy, aligning system operations with the solutions landscape roadmap.
• Assist Engineering Business Units in developing business justifications and cases for digital system developments and advise on prioritisation.
• Evaluate post‑implementation business usage to ensure new developments add value.
• Manage implementation plans, recommend resource and training needs, and coordinate with departmental heads for resource allocation.
• Oversee cost‑effective enhancement of current digital systems, ensuring on‑time delivery, user training, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing.
