ERP Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for an experienced ERP Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of specialised ERP solutions for the jewellery sector. This full‑time position will drive growth and expand market presence across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to exceed targets within the jewellery industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Design and manage targeted multi‑channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of the ERP solutions.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within ERP or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the jewellery sector and its unique business requirements.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
