Europe & Middle East Regional Market Manager – Systems & Filtration

About the role

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Regional Market Manager for Systems & Filtration to lead the execution of its global segment strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader, you will act as the regional champion for growth, translating strategic direction into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global Systems & Filtration strategy to regional market conditions and define “where to play / how to win” for priority segments.
• Develop short‑term regional strategy packs and maintain a clear view of market trends, regulations and competitive dynamics.
• Own regional execution plans, including growth initiatives, campaign priorities, customer targeting, demand generation and product launch activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technology, MarCom and Global Segment Marketing to ensure alignment and drive measurable growth.
• Manage channel effectiveness, trade‑show presence, share‑gain initiatives and continuous voice‑of‑customer feedback.

Required profile

• Strong external focus with deep insight into regional market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable regional growth outcomes.
• Experience working closely with commercial teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
