European Real Estate Agent – Off‑Plan Sales in Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team in Dubai and seeks experienced European‑language Real Estate Agents to specialise in off‑plan property sales. The role is ideal for ambitious, results‑driven professionals who want to grow their career in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close sales of off‑plan properties from leading developers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships through strong communication and negotiation.
• Utilise daily leads, marketing support, and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with telesales and content teams to maximise outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• UAE/Dubai real‑estate experience preferred.
• Fluency in at least one European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian) highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
