About the role
Home Pin Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to work on‑site in Dubai. You will guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth transaction from viewings to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, follow up leads and conduct property tours for clients.
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts while staying updated on local market trends.
- Provide pricing advice, marketing strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required profile
- Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Basic office software competence.
