Event Manager – Sports & Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Event Manager to lead the full life‑cycle of our offline events, ranging from large‑scale sports competitions to high‑profile real‑estate activations. Based in Dubai, you will combine creative concept development with hands‑on execution and financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event concepts, program schedules and transparent budgets.
• Source and manage vendors for stages, booths, AV, merchandise and catering.
• Obtain permits, coordinate venues and ensure smooth on‑site operations.
• Conduct post‑event analytics, reconcile costs and deliver final financial reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing offline events, preferably in sports or real‑estate sectors.
• Fluent English (B2/C1+) for communication with local and international partners.
• High proactivity, strong self‑organisation and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for events and a desire to grow within the industry.
