Events & Exhibitions Coordinator

About the role

A client in Dubai is looking for an Events & Exhibitions Coordinator. The successful candidate will help plan, execute and coordinate about 12 to 14 international exhibitions and events each year across different regions. The role suits someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute international exhibitions, conferences and corporate events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, booth arrangements, suppliers, branding materials and timelines.
• Work with internal teams, customers, partners and external agencies to make sure events run smoothly.
• Handle exhibition registrations, travel, accommodation, shipping and event documentation.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials and brand displays.
• Support pre-event marketing and post-event reporting.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in exhibitions, events, marketing coordination or international trade shows.
• Experience managing international exhibitions is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of event planning processes and vendor management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Event and project management tools.
