Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

A multinational company, represented by its client, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Dubai to support regional marketing initiatives across the ISMEA region. The role plans, executes and optimizes digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and business growth, supporting multiple markets in South Africa, Morocco, Turkey and India. It is a 1-year temporary contract, with possible extension depending on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email, search engines and digital advertising.
• Manage and optimize content on digital platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance with digital analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Support lead generation through targeted strategies and marketing automation.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time.
• Handle website updates, SEO and user experience improvements to raise traffic and conversions.
• Create and run email campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows and performance tracking.
• Use analytics tools to measure ROI and stay current with digital marketing trends.
• Adapt campaigns to local market requirements where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in campaign management, digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing and social media; 3-5 years of experience listed.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills, able to handle several projects at once.
