Events & Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Events & Production Manager to design and deliver enterprise‑level events that bring Majid Al Futtaim’s corporate narrative to life for internal and external audiences. The role oversees end‑to‑end execution of leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, activations, launches and hybrid experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver corporate events from concept through post‑event evaluation.
• Manage vendors, agencies, production houses, venues and technical crews to ensure seamless delivery and value for money.
• Develop and control event budgets, timelines, risk registers and contingency plans.
• Integrate hybrid technologies, livestreaming, audience engagement tools and analytics to enhance reach and experience.
• Coordinate with leadership offices, Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, P&O, IT, Security and Procurement.
• Capture post‑event insights, participation data and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate event planning, production management and event execution.
• Proven ability to engage senior leadership and manage high‑visibility corporate moments.
• Strong background in budget management, risk mitigation and live event operations.
