Executive Housekeeper

JA Ocean View Hotel in Dubai is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping and laundry teams. The role goes beyond managing operations: it is about creating welcoming spaces, effortless guest experiences and a culture where excellence is second nature, so that both guests and colleagues feel genuinely cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping and laundry teams
• Drive quality, productivity and guest satisfaction standards
• Ensure flawless presentation of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Champion training, development and engagement within the team
• Manage VIP room inspections and operational audits
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and empathetically
• Collaborate with hotel leaders to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene and operational excellence

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hotel environment
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
• GCC hospitality experience is an advantage
