Executive Marketing – UAE

About the role

The Executive – Marketing (UAEN) supports the Corporate Director of Marketing in delivering Aldar Hospitality’s marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels and driving engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies in partnership with the Corporate Director of Marketing for the Aldar Hospitality portfolio.
• Coordinate communication with business units on campaign updates and promotions.
• Create and manage engaging content with the social media agency and maintain the Aldar Hospitality website.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including the DARNA Rewards app, Workvivo, and Digital Future channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as HR, Digital Future, and the DARNA Rewards team to align marketing activities.
• Support event organization and partnership initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience as an Executive‑Marketing or similar role.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and a creative, results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and current trends.
