EYFS Teacher – Early Years at Yasmina British Academy

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join Yasmina British Academy for the academic year 2026‑2027. The successful candidate will deliver the English National Curriculum to early years learners, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Develop and maintain schemes of work, ensuring provision for SEN, G&T and EAL students.
• Use data to identify under‑achieving pupils and implement targeted interventions.
• Contribute to the school’s CAS programme and after‑school revision sessions.
• Lead and mentor department staff, managing performance and resources.
• Prepare and contribute to the school’s Self‑Evaluation Form (SEF) and other reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching the English National Curriculum at early years level.
• Demonstrated ability to raise standards and close learning gaps.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills within a school community.
• Understanding and appreciation of regional values and cultural context.
