Elementary Classroom Teacher

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking high‑performing Elementary Classroom Teachers to start in January 2027 at the Ruwais Campus in Abu Dhabi. The role follows the Massachusetts State Curriculum and aims to deliver outstanding learning experiences for a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages high levels of interest and achievement.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons using assessment for learning and performance data.
• Identify and support SEN or highly able students through tailored instruction.
• Maintain discipline and uphold the school's Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Assess student progress regularly, record outcomes, and communicate results to parents.
• Contribute to curriculum development and engage in continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's in Education or related field with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably with English as an additional language learners.
• Clean enhanced DBS/Police check.
• Passionate, caring, and solution‑focused attitude.
