About the role
We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join a leading property management company in the UAE. The role will support the efficient operation of facilities across our portfolio, ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facilities and maintenance activities across properties.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule and monitor work.
- Track work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and asset information.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Available to join within the next 7‑10 days.
